Bio:
Michelle Bohls. with over 15 years of business experience, has a special blend of business acumen, vitality, and compassion that she uses to facilitate change and growth in others. Spend any time with Michelle and she will inspire you with her energy and ideas. Michelle has worked with top executives and managers including many Vice Presidents and Directors from Fortune 100 companies through out her career. She parlayed her degree in Organizational Speech Communications into a career as an Executive Recruiter for many of the Fortune 100 Companies based in Chicago. After relocating from Chicago to Austin, Texas in 1998 she went to work for Dell's Corporate Staffing Group as a recruiter. Michelle developed career classes and workshops throughout this time to share her expertise in the community, including "How to find Meaning in Your Work" and "A Hero's Journey: Career Strategies." In 2002, Michelle returned to Graduate school to earn her Masters in Professional Counseling and a temporary license in Marriage and Family Therapy. Her thesis work was with a top international outplacement and consulting firm where she developed and delivered a training program. The workshop gave displaced employees both the skills and the motivation to look for their next job. This combination of business skills and training in empathic listening and couple's dialogue gives Michelle unique offerings in the coaching arena.
